Hillfest at Durban Shongweni Club
25 – 27 March
An outdoor festival which will include sports demos & games, a kid’s adventure playground, food & drinks, a beer garden, live entertainment and more. This is a community centred initiative focused on families looking for entertainment and fun in a relaxed, well organised and safe setting.
Splashy Fen Festival in Underberg
24 – 27 March
So this seems to have had quite the revival – I must honestly admit that I have never been to a Splashy – I was overseas when they were in their heyday, so don’t judge. The line-up this year looks pretty good, maybe I will venture up into the Midland’s neck of the woods over Easter weekend. There’ll be 4 stage, morning trail runs, a craft market, kid’s entertainment, food & drinks, beer gardens and bars – fingers crossed it doesn’t rain!
