Renovation update

I’ve taken to sharing pics of the Ask Ashe Abode on instagram more frequently than I do blog posts these days, so here’s a pic of the kitchen now that I have a kitchen ‘island’ – aka a mistry’s pine table with castors that I have attached coat hooks to, to make for extra counter space in the kitchen. Still debating the floor, looking at rubber tiles this weekend…
And a pic of the lounge area which shows the sanded floors – still have to hide the pesky tv cables – annoying the hell out of me, but looking for the right floating shelf still before I can make a plan with those.

Now I just need plantation shutters, a recovered couch, floating shelves, a proper dining table, bar stools…. come on the lotto!!!
