Concrete floors

It’s been a bit quiet around here over the last few weeks, but not so much in real life. We always seem to renovate at the ass end of the year when everything is mayhem! Our house is covered in dust from back to front and we’ve been washing dishes in the spare bathroom for going on 5 weeks – not for the faint-of-heart!!!

But the end is almost in sight and soon we’ll have level floors (none of the transitions between wooden floorboards and concrete matched) and a polished concrete kitchen floor, plus stack back doors and a semi-complete kitchen!!! Never mind that the stack back doors will lead to nowhere – we’ll never get a deck in before the end of year close – baby steps I guess.

So to retain some amount of sanity, I’ve poured over my favourite pinterest again, to choose the finish for our kitchen floor. Get a load of these!!!
