It’s been 20 years since MySchool first started in South Africa – what a wonderful milestone!
To celebrate their 20 years of giving back and to thank YOU for your support, they’re giving away some amazing prizes! Since 1997, the MySchool programme has raised over R500 million and in turn, allowed South African consumers to choose where their money goes, in order to support their own communities. A wide range of schools, charities and conservation organisations benefit to the tune of R6 million every month, with over 1.2 million South African supporting the programme.
The beauty of the programme is that it doesn’t cost you a cent to join and after signing up, you can nominate up to 3 schools, charities or conservation causes as beneficiaries. Then every time you swipe your card at the tillpoint in Woolies, or any other partner store, the retailer makes a contribution on your behalf, AT NO COST TO YOU – really clever!
