Homeless

So my landlord is the biggest JERK and has had a fight with the estate agent who manages the flat I rent, so the renewal lease I just signed is apparently null and void and I’m being told I have to renegotiate a new one with no guarantee as to the rent, or move out by the end of this month… don’t know what it is with me and property in 2010, but heck, the woes certainly have found me.

So I’m house-hunting again, looking for a 6 month rental aint easy and looking for a killer-buy even harder when you have desperation on your mind… sigh, I will persevere.

Have yourselves a wonderful weekend, here are some gorgeous pics of white interiors – I’m hoping to find something like these:

Ja right…

i agree, they cant just chuck you out, normally they give 1 month on condition you have another flat, or you dont pay rental and they take your deposit. or 3 month notice…jeepers how things have changed.
im on hunt to buy a flat myself…maybe its time for a new place to do new, white and beautiful things to.??? ;)
eveyone is trying to get a piece of this world cup thing, so stand your ground with your lease agreement- check the small print and dont give up without a fight…unless you just dont have the energy….in which case-go find your dream home!!!

Sorry to hear that – but you should take a look at your lease agreement. How can they just decide to make it null and void…? Sounds dodgy – i would investigate if I was you. The the laws these days, you can break into someone else’s house with intend to “help yourself” to their belongings, and should you hurt yourself ie break a leg, in the process, sue them for damages!!!
