Vamp Furniture

When I was in Cape Town last month, I popped into the new Vamp store in Woodstock. Paula has styled the most amazing space, filled with all her retro-restored furniture finds and now also stocks a myriad local and some international goodies – from Skinny laMinx and Lauren Fowler, to Mengsel prints and iKhaya notebooks.

My plan is to one day drive a big lorry back to Durban, filled with some of the furniture – it really is amazing – I am desperate for an industrial cabinet and can never find anything in Durban – but her blog always has them featured and it makes me giddy!
I want one! {insert foot stamp}

Paula said there were already plans to expand the new store space – I’m not surprised at all – with so much beautiful stuff and this clever lady combined, I think we could see a Vamp warehouse in the future!

I could have left with a lot more, but was travelling with hand luggage only, so I satisfied my craving with this gorgeous ceramic babushka doll:
My credit card thanked me profusely!
